As Lyft launched its newest product “Lyft Lux”, a higher-end option for riders, it needed updated imagery to bring it to market. We rented higher end cars and shot this project in NY and Oakland. These images are still used almost 4 years later to promote Lyft.

During my 5 years at Lyft I helped produce numerous episodes of the Youtube sensation “Undercover Lyft”. Our internal creative team partnered with All Day Everyday to craft these fun and lively videos that often connected a charity and celebrity to our platform.

This video series was one of Lyft’s biggest marketing successes with most averaging 2-4 million views.

Once acquired by Uber, Postmates marketing directive was to highlight its biggest market Los Angeles. We partnered with a local photographer and several favorite restaurants to produce and idea we called “LA Foodscapes”.

This idea was an internal favorite for it’s unique high-quality creative and its ability to be scaled to other cities.

Lyft launched its glowing Amp product, which helps riders identify their drives in 2016. We produced this video spot which helped promote the product from extra footage shot during the main photoshoot.

This product is still in use today and helps to separate Lyft from other brands and vehicles.

As a student of Loyola Marymount’s School of Film and Television Production, this was my senior thesis film. As the executive producer we spent budgets of up to $80,000 in grants, organized a 12 person crew, and completed the post-production on a short film (shot on 35mm) that was nominated for 3 Lions Awards.
